Dans le cas des ouvri\u00e8res, c&rsquo;est le thorax qui constitue l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et, dans celui des faux bourdons, ce sont les antennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Les analyses r\u00e9alis\u00e9es doivent nous donner le g\u00e9notype des abeilles et faux bourdons impliqu\u00e9s dans le Plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pour 4000 marqueurs SNP identifi\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble du g\u00e9nome. Cela permettra, d&rsquo;une part, d&rsquo;attester que le patrimoine g\u00e9n\u00e9tique appartient bien \u00e0 la sous-esp\u00e8ce <\/span><em><span lang=\"fr-FR\">A. m. ibenriensis<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, l&rsquo;abeille autochtone de notre territoire. D&rsquo;autre part, nous serons \u00e0 m\u00eame d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir les liens de parent\u00e9 entre abeilles et faux bourdons et d\u2019\u00e9valuer ainsi la pertinence des croisements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par rapport aux pr\u00e9visions du plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration dont ERBEL assure la coordination. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCH\u00c9MA D&rsquo;ACCOUPLEMENT DE LA STATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur un total de plus de 300 reines (1a) distribu\u00e9es pour testage en 2020 aux membres d&rsquo;ERBEL, environ la moiti\u00e9 se sont accoupl\u00e9es dans la station d&rsquo;accouplement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 d&rsquo;ERBEL. Ces reines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de 8 reines m\u00e8res (2a) s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour leurs caract\u00e9ristiques productives et de comportement, ainsi que pour leurs valeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les tests de rendement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre du plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 paternel, 55 colonies avec des reines (4a) productrices de faux bourdons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es autour de la station, les 55 colonies \u00e9tant issues de 4 m\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentant de bonnes qualit\u00e9s productives et de docilit\u00e9. Les faux bourdons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 massivement \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la station dans l&rsquo;objectif de saturer l&rsquo;endroit avec les m\u00e2les voulus et d&rsquo;augmenter ainsi la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;accouplement avec les reines vierges incluses dans le plan. Les analyses devront d\u00e9terminer le g\u00e9notype des reines productrices de faux bourdons et garantir leur appartenance \u00e0 la sous-esp\u00e8ce <\/span><em><span lang=\"fr-FR\">A. m. ibenriensis<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"fr-FR\">. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Pour conna\u00eetre le c\u00f4t\u00e9 maternel,<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> on a pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons de faux bourdons issus des reines m\u00e8res (2a) utilis\u00e9es pour produire les reines (1a) vierges qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9cond\u00e9es cette saison. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ANALYSE G\u00c9N\u00c9TIQUE DE LA PREMI\u00c8RE G\u00c9N\u00c9RATION PRODUITE PAR F\u00c9CONDATION CONTR\u00d4L\u00c9E DANS LA STATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les accouplements, on a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons de faux bourdons issus des ouvri\u00e8res filles des reines (1a) f\u00e9cond\u00e9es dans la station, th\u00e9oriquement, par des faux bourdons issus des reines productrices de faux bourdons. Des \u00e9chantillons d&rsquo;ouvri\u00e8res, filles de 30 reines f\u00e9cond\u00e9es dans la station au cours de la saison, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce aux analyses g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, il s&rsquo;agit de v\u00e9rifier que les reines ont r\u00e9ellement \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9cond\u00e9es par les faux bourdons souhait\u00e9s. Connaissant le g\u00e9notype des grands-m\u00e8res paternelle et maternelle impliqu\u00e9es dans le plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration, le g\u00e9notype des ouvri\u00e8res petites-filles permet d&rsquo;exclure les ouvri\u00e8res filles non apparent\u00e9es, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire, issues de faux bourdons non voulus, et, partant, d&rsquo;exercer un contr\u00f4le exhaustif des g\u00e9n\u00e9alogies dans le cadre du plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"fr-FR\">L&rsquo;objectif final de ces analyses est de certifier que, dans la station de f\u00e9condation, les reines sont r\u00e9ellement f\u00e9cond\u00e9es par les faux bourdons \u00e9lev\u00e9s par ERBEL et, partant, de garantir que le contr\u00f4le exerc\u00e9 par ERBEL sur les lign\u00e9es de reproducteurs inscrits dans le plan garantit un r\u00e9el progr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9tique concernant les caract\u00e8res \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pour atteindre ces objectifs, ERBEL travaille en collaboration avec l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 du Pays Basque UPV\/EHU et avec l&rsquo;Institut Basque de Recherche et de D\u00e9veloppement Agraire Neiker et dispose du financement du Leader Montagne (Mise en place d&rsquo;un programme de s\u00e9lection de l&rsquo;abeille noire du Pays Basque par testage de la descendance: ERBEL, fruit d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re) et de l&rsquo;Euror\u00e9gion Euskadi &#8211; Navarre &#8211; Nouvelle-Aquitaine (projet ERBELGEN).
